In South we offer services in Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kochi, Madurai, Coimbatore, Bhaubaneshwar, Puducherry, Mysuru, Vishakhapatnam, Mangalore, Thiruchirapalli, Vijaywada, Warangal, Salem, Thrissur, Hubli, Belgaum, Vellore, Secunderabad, Rajahmundry, Tirunelveli. Q. Who can apply for UL and UL (VNO)?
Ans: UL and UL (VNO) can be applied by Indian companies which are registered under Companies act except for Access Service Cat B authorization under UL (VNO) which can be applied for by Indian companies, partnership firm, proprietorship firm, Shops and establishment and legal person.
Q. What is the duration of UL and UL (VNO)?
Ans: The duration of UL is for 20 years and that of UL (VNO) is 10 years.
Q. How to submit Application and entry fees ?
Ans: The Application and entry fees which is non-refundable in nature may be submitted online through Bharatkosh via link https://bharatkosh.gov.in/
Q. What does UL and UL(VNO) stands for?
Ans: UL stands for Unfied License and UL (VNO) Unified License (Virtual Network Operator)
Q. What is License fee (AGR)?
Ans: License fee is 8% of Adjusted Gross Revenue
Q. When we have to submit License Fee?
Ans: License Fee(LF) has to be submitted on quarterly basis for example LF for April –June to be submitted till 15 of July respectively . For last quarter that is January – March to be submitted till 23 rd March
Q. What are the different categories of applications for ISP under Unified License or Unified License (VNO)?
Ans: Category-“A” (All India), Category-“B” ( Telecom Circle), Category- “C” ( Secondary switching Area) which are categorized by DoT.
Q. How many category “C” ISP can be applied in one Telecom Circle?
Ans: Maximum (Category –“C”) 4 SSAs can be applied , In one telecom circle, if require more than 4 SSAs in same Telecom circle then Applicant company is required to apply in category –“B” ISP
Q. What are the Application processing fee for application of different categories of ISP under Unified License / Unified License (VNO)?
Ans: Category “A” = Rs. 50,000, Category “B” = Rs. 15,000, Category “C” = Rs. 10,000 and these are non refundable
Q. What are the Entry fee for application of different categories of ISP under Unified License (UL)?
Ans: Category “A” = Rs. 30 Lakh, Category “B” = Rs. 2 Lakh, Category “C” = Rs 20,000 and these are non refundable
Q. What are the Entry fee for application of different categories of ISP under Unified License (VNO)?
Ans: Category “A” = Rs. 15 Lakhs, Category “B” = Rs. 1 Lakh, Category “C” = Rs 10,000 and these are non refundable
Q. What amount of minimum networth is required for applicant company to apply for ISP Authorization under Unified License/UL (VNO)?
